With the onset of COVID-19 we are living in crazy times where “social distancing” has become the new reality. The online #PhysEd community has always been strong, but with many of us now being forced to stay at home, teach in unfamiliar circumstances and distance ourselves from our communities, this is a time for us to check in with each other and lend a hand. Starting next week I will be hosting regular #PhysEd Virtual Cafe meetups on Zoom where you can connect with fellow educators to say hi, share stories and reconnect. There will be no real agenda, just a chance to hang out and chat, like you would in a coffee shop.
